Nick Dupuis
Nick Dupuis is a highly accomplished lacrosse player and dedicated coach, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to Lax Professors. Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, Nick made a name for himself at St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School, where he not only broke multiple school records but also led the Saints to two state championship victories. His exceptional performance on the field earned him widespread recognition, setting the stage for a stellar collegiate career.
Nick began his college lacrosse career at UMBC. As a redshirt freshman in 2021, he led the Retrievers with 39 points. After further developing his playmaking abilities, Nick transferred to Stony Brook University, where he finished second in the NCAA in assists per game in 2024, tallying an impressive 50 assists that season. His outstanding production earned him a recruitment to the University of North Carolina, where he will look to compete for a national championship with the Tar Heels in 2025.
Nick relies on his exceptional athletic ability to make plays, as his speed and quickness consistently leave defenders in the dust. While some of his skills may be natural, his quickness and shiftiness were honed through extensive training. His ability to use both his left and right hand makes him a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses.
With an extensive background in competitive lacrosse and a deep commitment to player development, Nick is excited to share his knowledge and skills with the next generation of athletes at Lax Professors. His coaching philosophy focuses on fostering a love for the game, enhancing technical skills, and building strong, confident players both on and off the field.
